I remember since I met "Right of Blood" for Citizen ship of the U.S., I honestly relaxed that we are becoming a bit more stable as a country.
Since globalization is keep going on in variety of ways, I figured out citizen as water.
Water as the way you handle.
My point of view is based on "The unity of rulers and the ruled", on the way I define here from government view (It could be both because of unity).
